Kindergarten Summit

Sunday, November 15, 2009

2 pm – 5pm

At Cottage

 

Presenting a panel of Cottage alumni parents from a wide range of elementary schools in Pasadena and surrounding areas. Come learn about local public, private, charter, church-based and magnet programs as well as home schooling options.

 

The discussion will begin with:

 

The process they went through in choosing a school

Their experiences at their child(ren)’s current school

Suggestions for what to consider when choosing a school

Similarities and differences between Cottage and their current school

 

Open Q&A to follow

 

Administrators from some area schools not represented by parents will also be invited to give information on their schools prior to the discussion.

 

Whether you are looking for a kindergarten and elementary program for next fall or years from now, this is an opportunity to receive valuable inside information and advice from involved parents.

 

Babysitting at this event will be available for a small fee.
