Front Lawn Parent Ed: Conflict in the Classroom
Our very own Kira Solomotova and author of the forthcoming Toby the Bear will be discussing Conflict in the Classroom.
Read more about Teacher Kira's ideas on what we can do to help children with conflict resolution.
Space is limited as this is held on the front lawn after drop off from 9:30 - 11 am. No children please. (If weather does not cooperate, this event will be held in the parents' room.)
Front lawn parent eds are offered as opportunities to meet your parent ed obligation while your child is in class, no cost for babysitting. If you have a younger child and need to bring them to the talk, we ask that they be on your body so they are not distracting the speaker or the audience.

Kid Talk
Conversation between three children in the play house:
Child #1 said, “I want the windows closed!”
Child #2 said, “I want the windows open!”
One child pushed the window hard and the other child pulled the window hard.
Teacher said, “I see you want them closed and you want them open. What should we do?”
Child #3 said, “It is simple, girls! Keep one window open and the other one closed.”
