Lost Your Password
Have you forgotten your password? Don't worry, you are not alone. The following is a step-by-step guide to resetting your password. You can click on any of the images to see a bigger screenshot. If you continue to have problems, please email site-manager@cottagecoop.org
Resetting Your Password

Step #1
Go to the Parents Page where you should see the login box on the left.

Click on the "Request new password" link

Step #3
Enter your user name or the email address you used to register for an account on this site. Click the "E-mail new password" button when done.

After you enter your username or e-mail address and press the "E-mail new password" button, an email will be sent to your with instructions on how to reset your password. Note the line under the "User Account" heading: "Further instructions have been sent to your e-mail address."

Step #5
Check your email for a message from site-master@cottagecoop.org. This message will have a one-time login link. Click on this link to access the Cottage site.

When you click on the one-time login link, you will see a message with instructions. Click the "Log in" button.

Step #7
You are now logged into the site and should set your password at this time. Enter your new password in the fields provided and click "save" located toward the bottom of the form.

Step #8
If your new password is OK, you will see a message saying "The changes have been saved". At this point, you are finished. Your password is saved and you are logged in. You might want to try logging out and logging in just to be sure.
