Trouble Logging In?

 

Are you having trouble logging into the Cottage website?  If so, you are not alone... and it may not have anything to do with forgetting your password. 

Error Message

First, do you get an error message when you login?  This message will be something like "Sorry, unrecognized username or password. Have you forgotten your password?"?

If you did get this message, then you are using the wrong username and/or password.  If you don't know your password, you should  click on the request new password link (http://cottagecoop.org/user/password) and follow the instructions.

No Error Message or Access is Denied

If you do not see an error message or you see an "Access is Denied" message, the there is a problem with some bad cookies and you will need to delete them!

  1. To clear your cookies, follow the instructions for your browser on this page: http://www.aboutcookies.org/Default.aspx?page=2
  2. Return to www.cottagecoop.org/parents and reload/refresh the page.  
  3. Now try logging in again.

Still Having Problems 

Finally, if all else fails, send an email to site-manager@cottagecoop.org with your username and someone will help.
